Product Introduction:

The oil-water separator is designed to separate non water-soluble oils floating on the surface of the water tank, and is suitable for removing liquid oils such as lubricating oil and cutting oil. CNC machine tools all have cooling and lubrication systems. During processing and operation, various types of liquid oil enter the water tank and participate in the cooling cycle. Through high-temperature environments (such as weather or long-term processing), the cutting cooling function of the water tank is affected, and odor is generated, which has a negative impact on environmental protection and health. Therefore, using an oil-water separator can purposefully solve such problems and assist enterprises in normal production.

          Collection method:

          Conveyor belt oil sticking, scraper oil scraping, secondary separation and collection of oil receiving box and oil collecting box. The oil-water separator drives the roller to rotate through a reducer connected to the motor, causing the conveyor belt to move back and forth. The conveyor belt is made of canvas or polyurethane material, which has strong oil absorption and weak water absorption. The bottom roller is immersed in the water tank, constantly carrying the oil stains floating on the surface of the water tank to the scraper, thereby continuously separating the oil substances in the water tank.
